The Papio NRD and City of Gretna will celebrate the grand opening of Forest City Recreation Area, Sarpy County’s latest flood reduction reservoir and recreation area.
While reducing flood risk for citizens is the reservoir's primary purpose, the recreational opportunities that accompany it are a double-win for the community.
