The City's Contractor, United Utilities and Excavation, is preparing to begin construction on sanitary sewer extension along 204th street in early April. Construction will include temporarily closing access to 204th Street from Platteview Road to the Creek south of Interstate-80. Construction is expected to last 2 months, weather permitting, with a start date set for April 2nd.
The contractor will post road closed signs at access points to 204th Street at Platteview Road and Fairview Road. Access to homes and properties will be restricted to homeowners and contractors for the duration of construction.
