Last Friday, our online payment system was temporarily unavailable due to a scheduled upgrade. We’re happy to share the update!
The City of Gretna is transitioning from Invoice Cloud to the BS&A Online Payment System. The new system will go live on February 17, 2026. At that time, the previous system will no longer be available for online payments.
✅ This change will NOT affect customers currently enrolled in ACH
✅ All other payment methods will continue to be accepted as usual
