192nd Street is closed again for additional maintenance and will remain closed until further notice. Residents will still have access to their neighborhoods, and we’ll keep you updated as soon as an opening date is confirmed.

The City’s Contractor, R.L. Ruff, Inc., will begin rock surfacing maintenance on 192nd Street from Schram Road to Fairview Road on Monday, September 22nd. Construction is expected to last 1 week, weather permitting.
Construction will occur in two phases with Phase 1 consisting of work on 192nd Street between Hilltop Drive and Fairview road from Monday to Wednesday. Phase 2 will consist of work on 192nd Street between Schram Road and Hilltop Drive from Wednesday to Friday.
The Contractor will rip the existing rock surface, regrade the shoulder, form new drainage ditches, and install and compact new crushed rock surfacing.
Through access will not be permitted during times of construction. Green Acres Estates resident are advised to use either Bethel Blvd or Hilltop Dr for access during the respective phases of construction. Residents whose access is on 192nd Street will retain access during construction, though it may be limited during times of construction.
