A few updates for everyone as we are trying to recover after the storm.
DANGER: All City Parks are CLOSED until further notice due to several high hanging branches that are deeming it not safe. Please use caution and pay close attention to not walk under these large trees. The only park that is open with access to restrooms and pavilions is Gretna Crossing Park.
City Hall is OPEN with power and internet. If you need to charge your phone, or cool down in some AC you’re more than welcome to use this space!
Leo Royal Park parking lot will remain open for debris drop off until Sunday, August 4th at 3:00 pm. Please approach the park from the West to avoid traffic backing onto Highway 6 and exit to the East to keep a good flow of traffic.
An additional drop site for debris is now open as of August 1st 11AM. It will be located at the Gretna Crossing Park Soccer Complex parking lot. Please use the Capehart Road entrance when you arrive.
