The City of Gretna has received many questions from residents concerning the ALLO Fiber work that is currently taking place within our community. Allo’s fiber construction work is being completed within Utility easements or right-of-way. All properties have utility easements which grant utilities the right to access and install service lines. This is a Nebraska state law.
We know the currently construction and utility installation is an annoyance and can be intrusive; however the long term impact will be consumer options of service providers and fair trade.
