There have been a number of reported sightings of younger children riding child size motor bikes and ATV's on City streets. Not on is this illegal, it's highly dangerous!
Per City of Gretna Ordinance 1050 these types of motorized vehicles are illegal to operate on City streets. They have been seen driving in high traffic areas such as Gruenther Road where there are large high profile construction vehicles that are not able to stop quickly and / or often cannot see these smaller types of motorized vehicles. Per the Sarpy County Sheriff's office anything with a motor of 50ccs and higher is required to have a motorcycle endorsement on their drivers license.
